How do I access my 2026-27 OHSAA registration?

1.       Log into your DragonFly account, then select your name in the bottom left corner and then select “My Info”.

2.       Then, under the “OHSAA I Ohio High School Athletic Association CUV4LL” title, select the box titled “Prep for 2026-27 Official Eligibility”.

3.       Ensure that all requirements listed in your registration are met. Once you have properly completed all necessary requirements, your 2026-27 eligibility screen will appear as a green circle with “Ready!” in the middle.

If you would like to remove a sport from your account and DragonFly will not allow you to do so, please contact kjones@ohsaa.org. DO NOT pay for a sport that you would like to be removed.

How do I add myself to an assignor's list on DragonFly?

1. Log in to DragonFly and click your profile on the bottom left corner. Select "My Info".

2. Scroll down a bit to where you can see your eligibility for the season. Click the blue "..." button in the top, right corner.

3. Select "Add assignor or local group association" for the current season.

4. Type the name of the assignor.

5. Select the conference. Select "Add group for Girl's or Boy's volleyball".​

What do I do if I can't make it to my local OVVOA meetings?

You can view when other associations are holing their meetings on the DragonFly calendar. Please reach out to Carl Whittenburg with questions on local meeting attendance.

How do I access the state rules meeting?

1. Visit your 2026-27 registration page on DragonFly. Click on your name on the left side of your Dragonfly page and select "My Info". Select the tab labeled "Get Ready".

2. Click the requirement that is title “2026 SRI Meeting OHSAA Points of Emphasis.”

3. Select "Start" and then “Fill out form Electronically”, and it will take you to a screen where the video is available. 

4. After watching the video, select “Yes” to the question asking if you have watched the video, and sign your name on the bottom. 

You must sign your name and hit “done” to receive meeting credit. The meeting is available until 8/18/26 without a late fee. It is available from 8/19/26 - 9/9/26 with a $50 late fee.

How do I upgrade from Class 2 to 3 or from Class 2 to 1?

1. Visit this link for requirements and paperwork: https://www.ohsaa.org/Officiating/changestatus

2. You must obtain signatures from two Class 1 officials during separate matches and take a test. The promotion does not become effective until the following year.

How do I get postseason assignments?

- You will not be considered for postseason assignments unless you fill out the questionnaire sent out at the beginning of the season. You need your Dragonfly number to access the questionnaire.

How do I join a local association?

Email Carl Whittenburg. He will add you to the roster. You will need to pay association dues and attend four local meetings (see home page).

Where can I access lineup sheets, score sheets, and libero tracking sheets?

On the left, under "Regulations, Policies & Manuals", you will find a match roster and starting lineup form, a rally scoring blank scoresheet, and a libero tracking form. It is highly recommended you carry a few extra printouts of these in your reffing bag!
