How do I access my 2025-26 OHSAA registration?

1.       Log into your DragonFly account, then select your name in the bottom left corner and then select “My Info”.

2.       Then, under the “OHSAA I Ohio High School Athletic Association CUV4LL” title, select the box titled “Prep for 2025-26 Official Eligibility”.

3.       Ensure that all requirements listed in your registration are met. Once you have properly completed all necessary requirements, your 2025-26 eligibility screen will appear as a green circle with “Ready!” in the middle.

If you would like to remove a sport from your account and DragonFly will not allow you to do so, please contact kjones@ohsaa.org. DO NOT pay for a sport that you would like to be removed.

How do I add myself to an assignor's list on DragonFly?

1. Log in to DragonFly and click your profile on the bottom left corner. Select "My Info".

2. Scroll down a bit to where you can see your eligibility for the season. Click the blue "..." button in the top, right corner.

3. Select "Add assignor or local group association" for the current season.

4. Type the name of the assignor.

5. Select the conference. Select "Add group for Girl's or Boy's volleyball".

How do I view state and local meetings on DragonFly?

Visit your registration page on DragonFly. To view the state meeting, select the "OHSAA points of emphasis" video. Make sure to select "Fill out form electronically" to watch the video. Then select "yes", sign your name, and hit "done" after watching the video to receive credit.

What do I do if I can't make it to my local OVVOA meetings?

You can view when other associations are holing their meetings on the DragonFly calendar. Please reach out to Carl Whittenburg with questions on local meeting attendance.

How do I access the state rules meeting?

1. Visit your 2025-26 registration page on DragonFly. 

2. Click the requirement that is title “2025 SRI Points of Emphasis.”

3. Select “Fill out form Electronically” and it will take you to a screen where the video is available. 

4. After watching the video, select “Yes” to the question asking if you have watched the video, and sign your name on the bottom. 

You must sign your name and hit “done” to receive meeting credit.

The meeting is open without a $50 late fee until 8/18 at 11:59pm. The meeting closes 9/10.

How do I upgrade from Class 2 to 3 or from Class 2 to 1?

You must obtain signatures from two Class 1 officials during separate matches and take a test. The promotion does not become effective until the following year.
